Because dreamtrance knows I love (and collect) angels, and she loves the song "Help Pour Out The Rain" by Buddy Jewell (as do I), she made me this icon. It's pretty! :)

And in an actual update...

Got up early this morning to go to Ithaca to visit with liz_w for a couple hours. Much chatting and laughing was had. The group she was with was a ton of fun, and we just might join them next year. :)

Sometimes I wonder why I'm in the fandom, besides being a fan of the sparkle and the slash. Then there are days like this when I'm reminded just how many friends I've made and how much my life has changed thanks to the fandom.
