Feb. 26th, 2008 07:26 pmI could seriously do without this snow and ice. It took me an hour to get home and I nearly got into no less than 3 accidents. I had to change my route all over the place to finally get to the house. It was...probably the worst driving weather so far this entire winter.
The good news is, I'm home safe and sound. Kel didn't have any problems getting her so she's home safe too. I had her on the phone most of the way because after the first couple of close calls, I started to lose it a bit. I don't deal well when I feel trapped and that's how I felt in the traffic today. It was just...very scary.
But it's Tuesday and that means there's only three days til Simple Plan in Detroit and I seriously cannot wait. Blue Man Group was awesome but this is going to be 10 times better. Tiny venue, and it's been *ages* since I've seen SP live. So, yes. This week is definitely going to start looking up soon!!!
