Oh lord. Let's see...how about early last year when the customer brought in the down vest her DOG chewed up and asked us to replace it due to a "quality issue"!? And I mean, tore it up...there were feathers for freakin' days! And by god, because of our (albeit amazing) customer creed and guarantee, we did it. But we still talk about her audacity. We wanted to freakin' kick her out.

Hehehe. Oh, we grinned and did it, but it doesn't mean we don't still talk crap now! lol. It makes us twitch too, believe me. People suck sometimes (a lot of the time!?!).
